From time to time we also sell hand spun wool in hanks, and made into hats, gloves and scarves. The wool is mostly spun directly from raw fleece bought very locally, and is then lightly scoured and washed so as to retain all of the natural oils.

Garments made from this wool is incredibly warm and almost waterproof! (you don't often see a cold sheep!)

We have now expanded this part of our business by demonstrating spinning with a spinning wheel or spindle at some of the events that we attend during the year...such as Farmers Markets. & Local Highland Games.
